I’ve been thinking a lot lately about why we’re afraid. Why we fear certain things, and why we make ridiculous decisions…It is usually because we don’t trust God. And it’s usually because we have a wrong idea of who God is, and how he relates with us.
But when we realize that God is good and He wants good things for us (including finding a spouse Prov. 18:22; Ps. 84:11), things begin to get clear.
So if I truly believe that God wants good things for me, then I can do whatever He asks me to do and expect good things. Yeah his way may sometimes be easy or sometimes be tough, but his way is always good.
