I once dated this guy who would always stand me up! Always!
Many times I was the one that had to call him (many days later) to find out why exactly he did not call or show up. I dated him for a while – I did not know who I was, and how valuable I was.
Many times as Christians we let things happen to us because we don’t realize that we have the power to prevent them, or that we did not need to be in those awful situations.
2008 was a great year for me – I began learning who I truly was.
